Sustainable Supply Chain
TCK is committed to building a supply chain that takes environmental and social responsibility into account.
Sustainability is one of our core values, and we are reviewing and improving our supply chain so that it can be operated and managed in accordance with ESG requirements.
ESG Supply Chain Code of Conduct Key Items

Supply Chain Management & Supplier Evaluation Process
TCK implements a supply chain management and supplier evaluation process to maintain the highest quality and efficiency. Through this, we enhance transparency and trust across the supply chain and strive to deliver the best products and services.

Conflict Minerals Regulation Policy
Conflict minerals refer to 3TG minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold) produced in nine countries adjacent to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (South Sudan, Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Angola, Zambia, Central African Republic, and the Republic of the Congo). If conflict minerals produced in these conflict areas are used, the sales proceeds may be used to fund rebel activities, and the process of extracting the minerals may result in serious human rights issues such as forced labor of civilians and children.
Conflict Minerals Management Policy

TCK will identify the locations of all smelters where conflict minerals were purchased within the partner's supply chain. We may request documented conflict mineral data to ensure that our supplied products do not contain conflict minerals that may benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its neighboring countries, and we must take timely corrective action when risks are discovered within the supply chain. If a partner provides false information or fails to take action when risks are discovered within the partner's supply chain, TCK may suspend transactions with the partner.
