Supplier Code of Conduct

TCK Code of Conduct establishes the fundamental principles that suppliers and subcontractors (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers") of TCK products and services must adhere to. TCK's suppliers are required to create a safe working environment, ensure respect and dignity for workers, and operate their businesses in an environmentally friendly and ethical manner. Additionally, they must establish sustainable procurement policies for their own supply chain.
This Code consists of provisions that suppliers must comply with, categorized into E (Environment), S (Social Responsibility – including human rights, shared growth, social contribution, safety & health, protection of trade secrets & intellectual property, and quality management), and G (Ethics & Fair Trade).

Fair Trade Practices

To establish a transparent and reasonable trading system with partner companies and contribute to fair subcontracting practices, we have adopted and implemented four key fair trade practices.

Fostering a Fair Trade Culture

We actively comply with subcontracting-related laws and the recommendations of the Fair Trade Commission to establish transparent and fair business relationships. All executives and employees are committed to fostering a culture of mutual respect with our partners by internalizing voluntary compliance with fair trade principles.
